What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Who can do CrossFit ?
CrossFit is for everyone, of every fitness level, with people from all ages and all backgrounds welcome to join. We ensure that each and every workout is tailored or modified to suit your current level of ability. We ensure that every training session is achievable but challenging so that you reach your fitness goals safely.

What to expect from a typical CrossFit class?
CrossFit classes are typically comprised of the following layout:​

Class Brief - your coach will run through what to expect for the days class, go through the specific movements targeted and any technical areas to focus on for the session.

Warm up - mobilizing the body parts specific to the days movements and elevating the heart rate

Strength / Skill / Gymnastics - focus on a specific movement for the day, could be an Olympic Lift, ie. a clean, a targeted strength movement ie. Front Squat, Back Squat, or a Gymnastic movement, ie. Hand Stand, the coach will be on hand to give you any technical advice to get the most benefit from the movement.

WOD - Your prescribed Workout of the Day, This is usually a high-intensity workout that combines various exercises to challenge some form of your fitness, whether that’s conditioning, balance, agility, endurance, anaerobic power.

Cooldown/Mobility - Stretch out your muscles, try and increase your mobility.

AllianceFit
What is AllianceFit?
AllianceFit classes are a 45 minute group fitness session. You will find multiple short workouts targeting a specific objective set for the session including:

Bodyweight movements

Circuit Training

HITT

All focused on burning calories, increasing strength and improving endurance.

All classes are coached to make sure your moving efficiently for maximum results.

Is AllianceFit for me ?
AllianceFit is great if you're starting or restarting you're fitness journey, if you are short on time and need a good workout and also can be used as a great stepping stone into CrossFit. These classes are 45 minutes long, fully coached and designed to burn calories and make you sweat, you are sure to get fit with these classes.

Teen Girls
What is CrossFit Teen Girls?
A program specifically designed for teen girls aged 12-16

We hope to create an environment for girls to feel comfortable, learn about themselves and enjoy fitness in a positive way.
This is more than just a fitness program, we want a community built for them, somewhere for them to look forward to coming, somewhere safe and enjoyable. We will work within the community with local schools and charities. Create some memories out of the gym and build friendships.

Membership is all year..... not just the school term $25 per week
Monday and Wednesday 3:30pm- 4:30pm
This membership also allows the girls to attend the Saturday 8am class.
